RIP Patrick Demarchelier

here's the link. Generally left a bit stone-cold by fashion photography (Helmut Newton and Peter Lindbergh two significant exceptions), and rather indifferent to fashion in general, but I suppose his was a recognizable name, and perhaps the opportunity to look at his work with a fresh eye.
