though posting this from nowhere in that particular neighbourhood, as am in Acre/Akko, Israel.

Nothing much yet to show for it in the way of photos, but working on it (the one posted above was from the flight in from Geneva).

Fancied coming here for two completely unrelated reasons: the rich history with the connection with the Crusades, and a little film I saw a while ago from a link on digitalrev.com about photographer Oded Balilty on a photo walk in Acre.
